Used to snap lock plastic skirting and siding to finish trim by creating a tab in the cut edge of the siding panel. Creates secure locking tabs in vinyl siding. Punch raises a high projection to compensate for natural relaxation of vinyl siding. Also works on aluminum siding but not recommended for use on steel
